Hello, Every Kid Fed Family!

School is right around the corner for your little one, and I want to make sure you have the resources to help successfully navigate you while shopping. There will be a part two with more brands and different categories. It’s important to make sure your child is getting an adequate amount of water, whole grains, healthy fats, carbohydrates, protein, and other vitamins and minerals. Planning meals is a fantastic way to start!

  • use a shopping list

  • compare prices

  • use coupons and in-store promotions

  • always look at food labels for serving sizes, sugar content and watch out for harmful ingredients. I will create a food label guide in a future post for parents!
